Excellent Book! This is the best book on training for young runners out there. The authors do a great job of explaining all the basics of how to develop sound training programs for X-country and track. Also, the book contains loads of helpful advice for avoiding injuries and building a strong base. They really seem to care about helping young runners develop one step at a time and reach their fullest potential. It's the best book for coaches and parents of teenage runners for sure.
